The City of Oneonta Public Arrts Commission seeks proposals for a mural at the Ford Sales Building on Market Street. This is temporary as the building will be demolished within the next year. The accepted proposal gets $1,000.00 to cover paint, materials and stipend Submission deadline is Jan. 7.
