State Senator Peter Oberacker presented outgoing Delaware County Farm Bureau President Duane Martin with a special Senate Commendation Award for his years of dedicated service. Oberacker says he is proud to stand with farmers and ag-businesses and adds he will continue to advocate for their needs in Albany.
