State Police issued close to 13,000 traffic tickets during the Thanksgiving weekend enforcement period. Over 180 were arrested for DWI while more that 4600 were ticketed for speeding. In troop C which covers Otsego, Delaware and Chenango Counties there were 288 speeding tickets, 117 seat belt violations and 9 move over law citations.
