New York expands eligibility for its “Legacy Cities” program that assists community revitalization efforts and increases homeownership opportunities in concentrated neighborhoods. The program was limited to communities with a state Land Bank but now any municipality in the state seeking funding for revitalization efforts targeting specific neighborhoods.
