The Oneonta Department of Public Works is conducting a hydrant flow test today at 290 Chestnut Street starting around 9:00 p.m. Residents in the area of Richmond Ave., Bronk St., Kearney St., Cleveland St., Pearl St., Lewis Ave., Thorn St. and Telford St. may experience a change in water color and/or pressure.
