Oneonta Department of Public Works personnel are conducting a hydrant flow test for FoxCare Center today starting around 9:00 p.m. at the east end of Main Street in the Town of Oneonta. Testing is expected to take a half hour.
During testing, a change in water color and/or pressure fluctuations can be expected.
