A COVID-19 vaccine clinic will be held at the Sidney Elks Lodge on multiple dates starting Jan. 7. Clinics will also be held in Stamford at the Catskill Veterans Outreach Center starting Jan. 14 and at the Hancock Central School Bus Garage beginning Jan. 21.
