The Community Foundation of Otsego County names former Cooperstown Mayor Jeff Katz as its executive director. Katz tells All Otsego he plans to cnnect non-profits with the resources they need to solve their problems. The Foundation awarded a quarter-million dollars from 2020 until this year.
