The Chenango County Department of Planning and Development reaches its 25-subscriber goal for its their Community Solar Campaign. This means the county can apply for grants from the state Energy Research and Development Authority’s Clean Energy Communities program. $15,000 is awarded for LED lighting upgrades at Norwich airport.
