State Senator Peter Oberacker announced that United States Navy Construction Mechanic 1st Class Richard R. Scheiner is the 2021 inductee to the New York State Senate Veterans’ Hall of Fame from the 51st District. The Worcester native was a Naval Seabees from 1979 to 1994.
