New York unveils its ‘Vaccinate, Educate, Graduate’ Vaccine Incentive Program which can earn 5 to 11-year-olds a full scholarship to a SUNY or CUNY school. Parents or guardians of kids who get their first dose by Dec. 19 are eligible. 10 winners will be drawn for 5 weeks starting Nov. 24.
