Shoppers who missed patronizing Spurbeck’s Grocery in Cooperstown will be able to shop there beginning today. Owner Mike Swatling tells All Otsego that due to a staffing shortage they will not be open on the weekends. Weekday hours at 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. The fourth-generation family-run store temporarily closed in September.
