Oneonta Mayor Gary Herzig announced the city will spend the rest of its 2021 American Rescue Plan Act funding on expanding opportunities to enjoy healthy outdoor activities. Many of those projects are additions to Neahwa Patk along with renovations and improvements there. It also includes replacing the Wilber Lake Trail bridge.
