Norwich Mayor Shawn Sastri issued a State of Emergency Proclamation in regards to the COVID-19 response within the City. It permits authorities to establish mutual aid agreements and policies to maintain emergency service staffing levels as COVID-19 has impacted city emergency services. Emergency Management Director Stephen Cady is leading the city’s coordination with the county.
