A man from the state of Kansas charged with intentionally hitting a pedestrian in Hartwick Seminary last November was in court on Monday. George Wang pleaded not guilty by reason of mental diseas of defect. Police say Wang drove into a grassy area hitting the pedestrian then got back on the road.
