The Arc Otsego announced that Rebecca Todd is selected as a 2021 Joslin Award Nominee from the New York State Industries for the Disabled, Inc. The Awards Program annually celebrates outstanding performance for organizations supplying services to that agency. Becky was nominated by her supervisor.
