Delaware County District Attorney John Hubbard kicked off his campaign for Delaware County Judge last week. Over 100 people turned out for the kickoff event held in Meredith including Assemblyman Joe Angelino, Assemblyman Brian Miller, Assemblyman Chris Tague and many others. Judge Richard Northrup retired in October.
