The Delaware County Chamber of Commerce’s annual Toys for Tots campaign is now under way. Collection bins will be in a number of businesses where new unwrapped toys can be donated. Collections will wrap up on Dec. 3. Delaware Opportunities will be delivering the toys to families in need.
