The Delaware County Soil and Water Conservation District receives 2 state grants to aid a pair of farms in addressing water quality issues. The awards total close to $800,000 and the 2 farms are in the Upper Susquehanna River Watershed. Nearly $14 million was awarded to 91 projects statewide.
