The Delaware County Sheriff’s Office swears in a new deputy and promotes another deputy. Last Wednesday Sheriff Craig DuMond swore in Victor Altheim as Deputy and awarded Deputy Jeffrey Clark his promotion to Corporal. Clark is a more than 2-decade veteran of the department.
