The Otsego County Department of Health is holding a COVID -19 vaccine clinic today for children 5 to 11 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at at the Oneonta High School gymnasium. Registration is required. by going to otsegocounty.com. Children musi be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
