Community Arts Network of Oneonta opens its November exhibition Saturday with a reception from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at its Ford Avenue galleery. All Otsego reports the exhibit celebrates the work of four artists who combine elements of abstract and representational images in experimental compositions. The exhibit runs through Nov. 20.
