The Susquehanna SPCA’s Thrift Shop is holding a pop-up fashion show today at the Blue Mingo Grill in Cooperstown starting at 12:30 p.m. Have lunch by the lake and check out the fall finds as models show off the looks for you. Of course a furry friend will be modeling as well.
