There is a ribbon cutting on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. to open a new pavilion at Badger Park in Cooperstown. According to All Otsego the pavilion comes from a partnership between Cooperstown Friends of the Parks and the Cooperstown Lions Club in conjunction with the village. It has room for 2 picnic tables.
