New Berlin-based Preferred Mutual Insurance Company announced the promotion of R. Benedikt Sander to of President and Chief Executive Officer and Jeffrey M. Lopata to Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President, effective January 1, 2022. Sander succeeds CEO Christopher P. Taft who is becoming the chairman of the board of directors.
