Otsego County’s Soil and Water District manager says he’s concerned the flooding that happened in July will happen again unless lawmakers take what he called “drastic action”. All Otsego reports Jordan Clements spoke at Wednesday’s Board of Supervisors meeting calling repairs done after the flood “like putting a Band-Aid on a bullet wound”.
