The Norwich Family YMCA Halloween Parade is back for 2021. According to the Evening Sun the parade will be on Oct. 30 in conjunction with the first ever Norwitch Fall Festival, and the last Saturday in the Park with Chobani event of the season. It begins at 11:00 a.m.
