The City of Oneonta is conducting a training exercise today on Neahwa Place from 7:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. DPW crews will be assembling and disassembling the Neahwa Park flood gates. Neahwa Place will be closed from Carbon Street to the Neahwa Park maintenance building.
