New York expands its COVID-19 vaccine mandate to include employees who work in certain facilities affiliated with the Office of Mental Health and the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities. The deadline to get their first shot is November 1. Unvaccinated staff will be required to submit to weekly testing beginning October 12.
