Oneonta-based Helios Care wins a silver award in the John A. Hartford Foundation Tipping Point Challenge held in partnership with the Center to Advance Palliative Care. Helios won for its project entitled “Choices: Innovative In-home Palliative Care Program for Rural Underserved Population”.
