The town of Hartwick is holding a pair of Halloween events on Oct. 30. According to All Otsego they include a “spirited stroll” through the Hartwick Cemetery at 3:00 p.m. and a Husky treat trail through the Town Park at 4:30 p.m. where kids can dress in costume.
