Destination Oneonta and Main Street merchants will be hosting Downtown Trick-or-Treat on Saturday, October 30 from noon to 2:30 p.m. On Sunday, October 31 the Oneonta Rotary Club will host the Halloween Parade with line-up at 3:00 p.m. and the parade beginning at 4:00 p.m.
