State Senator Fred Akshar is again conducting the “Akshar’s All-Stars” student recognition program. It recognizes students selected by their school districts in the 52nd District who have shown great leadership, compassion, school spirit, or improvement among their peers. Each student recognized receives a t-shirt and a framed certificate.
