New York issues guidelines for booster shots of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine. Those 65 and older and 50 to 64 with underlying medical conditions should get a booster 6 months after their second dose. Bassett Healthcare Network President and C.E.O. Dr. Tommy Ibrahim says 96% of staff members at Bassett have been vaccinated against COVID-19. A South Kortright man faces charges after his cows damaged a nearby property. Police say the cattle damaged the Betty Brook Road property on at least 4 separate occasions. Officers say they previously warned the man about keeping the cows contained. He is now due to appear in Town of Kortright court. Multiple charges are brought against a driver involved in a car-deer collision in Deer Creek on Saturday. Police say it happened on State Highway 206 and an investigation determined the man from Sidney’s driver license was suspended.
