7 people are charged in a burglary spree in Otsego, Delaware, Chenango and Madison counties. State Police say the suspects are linked to over 40 breakins at homes, seasonal residences and sheds. A traffic stop in Middleburgh leads to the driver facing a felony charge. Police say they pulled the driver over on State Route 145 and found the vehicle’s inspection sticker was forged. All Otsego reports the Board of Representatives hired Joshua Beams who is a Suny Oneonta Class of 2005 member during a special meeting held last week. A driver faces felony charges from a police pursuit that ended in the town of Sharon.
