The Otsego County Department of Health reports a 69th person died from COVID-19 related complications. The individual’s age and gender weren’t released and it’s not known if they had been vaccinated. It’s the 4th COVID-19 related death in the past 2 weeks. 17 new COVID-19 cases were reported Thursday with 7 people hospitalized.
