Dutchess County Executive Marcus Molinaro announces he is running for the 19th District Congressional seat challenging Antonio Delgado. According to Mid-Hudson News the longtime county leader said he never thought Congress would be the place he could make the most difference. Delgado will be running for his third term next year.
