Otsego County Sheriff’’s Deputy Richard Kimmerer received a certificate of recognition for his distinguished service from Sheriff Richard J. Devlin Jr. Kimmerer is leaving the department for a position with the New Hartford Police Department. Devlin thanked Kimmerer for his service to the Office and the citizens of Otsego County.
