The owner of the limo company whose vehicle crashed in 2018 killing 20 people takes a plea deal on 20 counts each of manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide. According to WRGB Nauman Hussein received 5 years’ probation and 1000 hours community service. Investigators determined the limo should not have been in service.
