Governor Kathy Hochul requested a disaster declaration for Otsego Conty from the Small Business Administration as a result of the July flooding. Estimated damage is around $1.1 million. If the declaration is approved eligible residents and business owners can apply for low-interest loans to repair or replace damaged property.
