A state DOT truck was hit yesterday while on State Route 28 in Andes. Police say the vehicle was stopped so workers could retrieve traffic cones. The truck’s driver and 2 of the workers retrieving the cones suffered minor injuries while the driver which hit the truck was not hurt.
