The State Department of Transportation holds a public meeting on Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. to present plans for improvements on State Route 7 in the Village of Otego, The meeting is at the Otego Fire Department on River St. and an open house to talk with DOT officials begins at 5:00 p.m.
