The Garden Club of Richfield Springs is hosting their 10th Annual Plant Sale on Saturday between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. in the parking lot of the Richfield Springs Public Library on Main St. There will be a seminar on growing roses and soil testing. The event is rain or shine.
