SUNY Oneonta’s 2021 Mills Distinguished Lecture will feature author Dashka Slater who wrote “The 57 Bus”, which recounts an assault on a municipal bus in Oakland, California, and how it affected its perpetrator and victim, both teens. The lecture is set for Oct. 18 in the Hunt Union ballroom.
