New York unveils the Excelsior Pass Plus program which allows individuals to show they’ve received the COVID-19 vaccine or have a negative COVID-19 test. CDC Finds COVID-19 Transmission In Otsego County Is ‘Substantial’

False Report Charge Brought Against Delhi Woman

A Delhi woman faces a felony charge fpr falsely reporting an incident. Police say they responded Tuesday to the Phoebe Lane Apartments and an investigation determined Robin C. Reese called in a report that brought officers to the scene but no incident had occurred. Reese was charged then released on her own recognizance.
