City of Oneonta officials will be planting a tree on Monday, at 8:30 a.m. in Neahwa Park to mark Arbor day. The event is typically held in April but was postponed due to COVID-19 precautions. All are welcome to attend. Oneonta has received a Tree City USA designation for more than 35 years
