New York unveils the Excelsior Pass Plus program which allows individuals to show they’ve received the COVID-19 vaccine or have a negative COVID-19 test. Officials say the enhanced program adds features to expand travel and commerce opportunities. Over 3 million passes were issued since the Excelsior Pass program was launched earlier this year.
