Soon-to-be Governor Kathy Hochul says she will be a candidate for Governor next year. The Democrat made the announcent on Thursday saying she is the most prepared person for the job. Hochul also said she will be bringing in her own staff and remove anyone who was named in the Attorney General’s report.
