Parents or guardians of Sidney Central School District students may qualify for no-cost school supplies through Catholic Charities of Delaware, Otsego and Schoharie Counties. There is a maximum income limit to qualify. Go to the Charity’s Sidney Office on Liberty St. in Sidney to register no later than Aug. 13. Bring a photo ID.
