An officer-involved shooting Thursday in the town of Franklin leaves a man dead. State Police say Robert Lynch shot a man at a Bob Holloway Road home then fled to his residence. Lynch then barricaded himself and when he came out pointed a gun at troopers resulting in a fatal shot. An investigation is under way.
